A Feeder is how you can add Eloqua contacts to a campaign canvas or program canvas. Below are four types of feeders.
- Adobe Meeting Registrants – Add contacts to canvas who registered for a past meeting.
- Adobe Meeting Attendees – Add contacts to canvas who attended a past meeting.
- Adobe Webinar Registrants – Add contacts to canvas who registered for a past webinar.
- Adobe Webinar Attendees – Add contacts to canvas who registered for a past webinar.
Below are the steps you need to follow to add a feeder to canvas.
1. Click on Campaign Steps
2. Click on Adobe Meeting Registrants and drag and drop onto the Canvas
3. Double click on the icon of the Adobe Meeting Registrants
4. Click on the configuration button.
5. Select an existing meeting or webinar and frequency (from 15 minutes up to 1 day).
After selecting the frequency, close the window and return to the campaign canvas, the feeder is now configured.
